Ivo Skorin will remain as managing director to facilitate the transition. HPL Apollo, based in Los Angeles, specializes in transporting perishable goods across air, sea, and road. Hellmann aims to expand its presence in the USA and enter new markets in Colombia, Ecuador, and Central America, emphasizing North America as a key focus for international growth. The company, with annual sales of EUR 3.5 billion, operates globally, managing over 20 million shipments each year.
