Cathay Cargo has become the first airline to provide real-time customs clearance updates via its digital platforms. The new feature, called EzyCustoms, is available to EzyCargo subscribers and those with ONE Record API links, offering immediate visibility into their shipment’s customs status from key authorities in Europe, the U.S., Canada, and the UAE. This innovation replaces manual updates from ground-handling agents, reducing delays and allowing customers to manage supply chain issues more effectively. It will also be integrated into the Cathay Cargo website for registered users in 2026.
