The Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) and DHL Global Forwarding have launched a new logistics facility at the Ras Bufontas free zone, covering over 1,200 square meters. This facility will serve as a key regional distribution hub, specializing in air freight consolidation to enhance global distribution networks. Its strategic location near Hamad International Airport allows it to utilize Qatar’s advanced transport infrastructure. H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Faisal Al-Thani emphasized that this investment will facilitate a shift from a transit hub to an integrated solutions platform, offering comprehensive logistics services and fostering regional connections.
