Ethiopian Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Lemma Yadecha, highlighted the collaboration as a significant step in their digital transformation, aiming for personalized offers and seamless bookings. ARC’s Paige Blunt noted that this advancement supports modern travelers and promotes innovative distribution strategies.
