Canada has announced a 25% duty on $155 billion of U.S. imports in retaliation to similar tariffs imposed by the U.S. on Canadian goods. The tariffs will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase targeting $30 billion worth of goods starting February 4, and a second phase affecting $125 billion.
