Lufthansa Cargo will merge its subsidiaries, CB Customs Broker and heyworld, into a single entity on January 1, 2026. CB Customs Broker focuses on EU customs clearance, while heyworld offers digital logistics for cross-border eCommerce. This merger aims to create a comprehensive logistics solution by combining their strengths, enhancing service quality for customers with high volumes of shipments. The new company will be led by Murat Odabas and Nikola Todic, who are committed to innovation and seamless integration. The Executive Board acknowledges the contributions of outgoing leaders Uwe Glunz and Boris Hueske, who will take on new roles within the group.
