Conagra Brands has improved its service levels to 98% despite facing supply challenges in the previous fiscal year, according to CEO Sean Connolly. The company has chosen to build inventory in stores, particularly in categories impacted by earlier production issues, as noted by CFO David Marberger. Conagra is investing approximately $450 million this fiscal year to enhance supply chain resilience, including modernizing its chicken production. Although inflation persists and meat prices fluctuate, Connolly remains optimistic about the company’s outlook for the year.
