Hong Kong Air Cargo has appointed Hakan Bulat as the new President, starting March 3, 2025. With over twenty years of experience in air cargo and logistics, Bulat aims to enhance the airline’s industry position and growth in air cargo services. Chairman Tony Ma expressed confidence in Bulat’s leadership. Previously, Bulat served as CEO of WE World Express and held various roles at PAL Express and Turkish Cargo. He expressed gratitude towards his former team and is looking forward to new challenges after his tenure at WE World Express concluded.
