Kuehne+Nagel has inaugurated a new adidas distribution center in Mantova, Northern Italy, marking its largest investment of €350 million. This facility aims to enhance logistics efficiency and sustainability, creating over 700 jobs focused on technical and digital skills. The center, spanning 130,000 sqm, features advanced digital technologies, including 700 robots, and can process up to 500,000 shipments daily across 19 countries in Southern and Eastern Europe. It is LEED Gold certified, powered by renewable energy, and embodies Kuehne+Nagel’s commitment to innovative, environmentally friendly logistics solutions.
