Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST) has appointed Peter Penseel, President of Delta Air Lines Cargo, to its new Supervisory Board, enhancing its cargo growth strategy. With over 30 years in air freight, Penseel has held senior positions at notable companies like Qatar Airways and DHL. The airport, backed by shareholders including Schiphol Nederland and the Province of Limburg, is undergoing a management transition with a new CEO coming on board soon. MST recently invested €35.3 million to upgrade its runway, part of a larger €100 million infrastructure plan.
